What makes a good photo?

  • Take your pet's photo in a well lit area without a filter and in natural lighting with a smart phone or high quality camera.
  • Make sure your pet is looking directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward and showing us as much of the ears, head, neck and chest as possible. If you're ordering a full body portrait, the photo should clearly show the whole body facing forward.
  • Avoid over head, overly filtered or blurry photos.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

  • Yes! Check out our two-pet portraits here and three-pet portraits here. You can get multiple pets on our mugs here. We also have multiple pet blankets here.

What animals do you illustrate? Do you draw humans too?

  • We create portraits for any pet! From dogs & cats to horses, bunnies & birds. We'll draw any pet you like. And yes! We draw humans too! So you can create a one-of-a-kind portrait with you and your pets!

Do you offer digital downloads?

  • Yes! We offer digital downloads of any product. Just select digital download in the product drop down menu to order. We also have a digital downloads page here. Once you give final approval of your portrait, your digital download will be emailed to you. They're a great option when you need faster delivery!

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

  • Absolutely! You will receive an email with a proof of your pet's portrait within 1-3 days after you order for you to preview.

Can I make changes after I preview my pet portrait?

  • Of course! You can make as many revisions as you like until it's just the way you want it. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your pet portrait.

How long does it take to get my portrait?

  • Once you give final approval, the portrait will be sent to production which will take 3-5 days. Once your order is shipped, it should be delivered within 7-8 days.
  • We appreciate your patience with the process as it does take a little extra time to create & produce a custom product.

What is your return policy?

  • Since our products are completely custom and made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your pet portrait artwork or it is damaged in shipping, we will replace it for you.
  • Email us at support@zoeymaye.com and let us know the issue you have with the product. Include your order number, name, email and a picture of the problem. We'll make sure you get a pet portrait that you're happy with!
