- Custom Requests - Add notes for the designer if you want something specific.
- Number of Pets - Up to 5 people or pets
- Design Side - Choose which side you want the design on, right or left or both.
Ordering Process

- Ordering - Select mug size. Upload photos. In the notes box, add any names or dates needed for artwork. Also add any special requests. Add to cart & complete purchase.
- Revisions - Within 2-3 days, you will receive an email with a link to preview your artwork. You may request any changes or revisions. We offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied. Then you will approve your artwork.
-Processing/Shipping - Once approved, your product will take 3-5 days in production. Once shipped, it should be delivered within 7-8 days.

Because these mugs are custom and made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us at support@zoeymaye.com if you have a problem with your order. We're happy to help & provide a replacement if necessary!
