- Ordering: Select portrait size & color. Upload photos. In the notes box, add any names or dates needed for artwork. Also add any special requests. Add to cart & complete purchase.
- Revisions: Within 2-3 days, you will receive an email with a link to preview your artwork. You may request any changes or revisions. We offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied. Then you will approve your artwork.
-Processing/Shipping: Once approved, your product will take 3-5 days in production. Once shipped, it should be delivered within 7-8 days.

Because these portraits are custom and made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, you have unlimited revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied before you approve the final product. Please contact us at support@zoeymaye.com if you have a problem with your order.
