Processing/Shipping Times

Because all of our products are hand drawn custom art and made to order, our processing & shipping times are a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience & hope your one-of-a-kind custom portrait is worth the wait. These are our estimated processing & shipping times.

Drawing Time: 1 - 3 days
Revision Time: Up to customer (unlimited revisions)
Product Production Time: 3 - 5 days
Shipping Time: 5 - 8 days

You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 14 days for delivery from the time you place your order.

During the holiday season, please allow for extra processing & shipping times.
